What will happen is you will be asked to complete just a few questions including photo and video evidence to help us get your claim to the right place.
To help with that process we will also send the same link to your email or phone which means you can mix devices and take photos, videos from the device that's easiest. Don't worry it doesn't matter which device, we'll receive it.
This will greatly assist us in dealing with your claim in the shortest possible time frame.
Please answer all questions accurately as anything incorrect could invalidate your insurance. We may share your information with other insurers to make sure we’ve got the right details.
If you are not the Policyholder, due to the Data Protection Act we may need the authority of the Policyholder to progress the claim. This will be discussed when we contact you.
Please note any claim settlement may be subject to an excess deduction (the amount you need to pay towards your claim) as outlined in your policy document.
By making a claim any payment made will be taken into account. This may reduce your No Claims Discount, even if the payment is made to a third party (e.g. loss adjuster), with no payment being made to you.
